Works with most smart watches that share through phone Health (Apple Health / Health Connect) or Bluetooth wellness devices. When sharing is allowed, the family can see these wellness readings — included on every plan (Essential, Silver and Gold).

Crash and fall events are labelled suspected until a validated device integration confirms them. Professional dispatch, roadside assistance and medical monitoring are not included unless a contracted provider is connected.
Get started in three steps
Install NiVyn on the phone of the person who lives alone, create their account, then share the family invitation code with relatives.
- Install the NiVyn app on the senior's phone.
- Choose "For me" and pick a daily check-in time.
- Open Family, create an invitation code, and give it to each relative.

On a computer? Scan this code with the senior's Android phone to download the app.
Android may ask you to allow installs from your browser. Tap Settings, allow it, then tap Install.
